​Once a year, one of our Certified Service Technicians will perform a complete inspection and tune-up of your home’s plumbing system — absolutely free. This detailed visit includes up to 100 inspection points, covering every major fixture and connection in your home.

What's Included

• Toilets are checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation. Any needed adjustments are included for FREE.
• Faucets are tested to meet our Performance Standard. If they don’t, they’ll be adjusted FREE of charge.
• Exposed water lines are inspected for damage or wear.
• Piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks is checked for any signs of potential water damage.

• Drains are inspected above and below sinks for leaks and clogs.
• Washing machine hoses and valves are tested for safety and reliability.
• Your water heater is inspected for safety, leaks, and signs of corrosion. Keeping this equipment in top condition helps prevent costly water damage.
