​For Regular Clients (Non A-1 Club Members)

​For all regular clients (non A-1 Club members), all warrantable repairs are covered for both labor and parts for 2 years. Any repair that is not warrantable will be listed in writing as non-warrantable.​

For A-1 Club Members

​Active A-1 Club members receive extended warranties of 5 years on all warrantable repairs or installations performed during their "active" status. For repairs done prior to the activation of the A-1 Club membership, the original warranty will apply. If there is a lapse in active status of less than 30 days, the extended 5-year warranties will remain valid once "active" status is restored. For A-1 Club memberships inactive for more than 30 days, the regular 2-year warranties will be reapplied.

Nu Flow Pipe Lining Warranty

​All Nu Flow Pipe lining installed by A-1 Plumbing includes a 10 yr warranty on the material and workmanship. It also includes warranty against root intrusions for 10 years provided that the liner is able to be a continuous installation, (meaning a single line running from the home to the city sewer line without being wrongly connected to other homes).
